A J Balfour & Associates have frequently been associated with large stock
transfers we are also asked to provide, life cycle costs,
generally 30 years, covering the structural elements, which are
likely to require, inspection repair during the remaining useful
life.
Additionally and prior to Local Government
reorganisation we provided support services to Glasgow District
Council for structural inspections on their large housing stock.

We are frequently instructed by private individuals to carry out a structural inspection of their house, often as a result of something discovered while selling or buying the property.
