Civil and Structural Engineering Consultant involved
mainly in the housing sector advising on civil &
structural designs from foundations to superstructure,
including design, maintenance and repair of all types of
structures from low rise non-traditional to multi-storey,
system built properties.
Extensive experience in the structural inspection, stock
condition surveys and reporting on multi-storey blocks and
non-traditional houses construction
Experience of inspection and repairs to structural
elements of concrete, steel and masonry, in non traditional
house construction.
Experience in Civil Engineering sector of design and
alteration to site infrastructure, involving, roads and
drainage and associated site investigations. Traffic
Management Schemes have also been undertaken in accordance
with Local Authority Roads Consents
